Cookies

You need:
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature.
1/2 cup (105 grams) light brown sugar.
1/4 cup (50 grams) white granulated sugar.
1 large egg.
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
1 cup (130 grams) all purpose flour.
1/4 cup (30 grams) cocoa powder.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
1/8 teaspoon salt.
1 1/2 cups (260 grams) white/dark chocolate chips.

Place the butter in the electric mixer bowl, beat that until is creamy and smooth. Add the white and light brown sugar and mix it. Add the egg and the vanilla extract and mix. Use another bowl and mix all the dry ingredients. Put the flower, baking powder, the salt, the cocoa powder and whisk them all together nicely. Then add the dry mix into the electric mixer bowl together with the rest and beat that. To that, add the chocolate as well and mix some more. We're done mixing.

To form the cookies use a spoon, and place them a couple of inches a part from each other on the baking sheet. This recipe makes about 20 - 25 pieces. Bake them in the oven for eight to ten minutes, at 350 degrees F (177 degrees C) and place them in the center of the oven. And you're finished. Mine came out weird this time, but I'm defo gonna try this again. Good luck baking.

Bon Appétit.
