Long time no see. Been caught up with a bunch of work lately and have not been able to post anything. Another thing I've been very careful with is my eating habits. And not for the weight loss part, but for the skin renewal part. My face have been getting a lot of breakouts lately, kinda embarrassing, but I am going to fix it. Without using any special products, since I really don't believe in any of that stuff. My skin is very sensitive, bruises and wounds stay on for a long time before going away.
The plan is simply to eat fruit and veggies and drink pure water. Also, have meals that include fish and freshness. I want it simple and clean. Stay away from processed food and grease.
What are your magic tricks for breakouts?
