Eat Fruits and Veggies

Long time no see. Been caught up with a bunch of work lately and have not been able to post anything. Another thing I've been very careful with is my eating habits. And not for the weight loss part, but for the skin renewal part. My face have been getting a lot of breakouts lately, kinda embarrassing, but I am going to fix it. Without using any special products, since I really don't believe in any of that stuff. My skin is very sensitive, bruises and wounds stay on for a long time before going away. 

The plan is simply to eat fruit and veggies and drink pure water. Also, have meals that include fish and freshness. I want it simple and clean. Stay away from processed food and grease. 

What are your magic tricks for breakouts?

  3. Looks yummy!!! I've been telling myself to start eating healthy and working out. It just gets so hard to do when you have such a busy schedule. I really don't have any tips and tricks. But what your doing I'm sure will work wonders. Good luck!!! If you come up with any great recipes let me know.

  4. that looks yummy, simple, and fresh! I like to prepare an oatmeal mask: oatmeal, a teaspoon of lemon, and some milk. It leaves the skin feeling pure and smooth. I also rub sugar and lemon on my face until the sugar crystals disappear, I rinse it and my face feels flawless. Hope this helps!


  5. Totally! Eat lots of berries and carrots! The carotene in them will give your skin a healthy natural glow! It'll look like you've been to the beach. I'm not even kidding!

    Magic tricks for breakouts are lots of water, keeping the face hydrated and no oily food! and lesser consumption of nuts!

  8. I think a good diet and lots of water help keep my skin clear and healthy looking too. The only extra thing I've noticed that makes a big difference is having a shower every night to wash my makeup off so I never skip this now even if we crawl in at some ridiculous hour.

  10. I'm in the same situation, I'm trying to eat healthier to get clear skin. This heat has really been irritating it. It's also important to get a decent amt of sleep too!

  11. my skin condition is simply terrible , but i guess it's normal since i'm still a teenager.. but agh skin problems are just horrible. to be honest though you're the last person i'd think to have skin problems! i mean your skin ALWAYS looks ridiculously flawless! so white & perfect! so you're obviously really lucky & i'm jealous! :) i also have similar eating habits & i'm just lucky i loove all kind of fruits & veggies. have a wonderful day ! xo :)

  15. I've been having similar problems for a while. I did a blood test figuring out what kind of foods I need to be careful with, and boom! It worked. No eggs and wheat for me, but it does make all the difference. Besides, I've never been in a better shape! Good luck with the diet! :)))
